I’m going with a friend 2x/wk to her gym as a guest and will starting my Tai Chi class again on Fridays. On the off days I’m pushing to meet step count goals at home.
Our group responses are: Remember to keep your body healthy at all times [yearly checkups with all of your medical team] — you will have the energy and enthusiasm for your daily living.
To start, I am striving for 20 min of movement a day. It is manageable to find 20 min. I want to increase that to 30 min within the next two weeks.
