In this mission we’re going to protect these excellent efforts against some of the common diet traps that can ensnare the unwary.
First, we’ll learn how to tell a sneaky diet trap from genuinely helpful information. Then we’ll look at a bunch of common weight loss traps and see how to outsmart them.
