You’ll see yourself as capable of impressive things, and it’s natural that you’ll want to apply this newfound confidence to other areas of life.
This is fantastic, because it creates an upward spiral in your life – every success gives you greater confidence and motivation to cross-fertilize everything else.
And that means you can end up with further weight-loss success too.
So in this mission, let’s spread the confidence around.
Now that you know what you’re capable of, let’s raise the standard elsewhere in your life, too.

Our group responses are as follows: We have learned to eat healthier food; exercise
daily through walking and are living a healthier life.
We have raised our standards as follows:
Set short and long term goals – make your goals attainable – every three months relook at your goals and update their status; as an act of kindness do a good deed daily; learn public speaking by
joining Toastmasters and decide for yourself what you consider success
What are our successes? Money management; Happiness; Family; Friends; Career or Volunteering; Responsibilities; Creativity; Computer education for home use!

I have decided to raise 2 of my standards. The first is look for nice clothing that will show my weight loss and make me feel good and the second is to take that extra 10 minutes in the morning and put on some light makeup to reflect my whole new healthy complexion:) I can’t believe that I have already completed all the missions. Going for my last evaluation at the gym today to see how much more fat has been eliminated of this body and to know if the % of body fat as decreased more since July 19. I will continue to take my morning walks and take care of my body, cause it’s God’s temple. Will come back later to give you final results.
