The secret is to tap into your true motivation for losing weight – which is often not the reason you think you want to lose weight.

if I can get my weight down.. my self confidence will go up! my main motivation is to get healthy.. but I also want to feel good about myself, and to do that, I need to lose weight.. therefore, I will be putting a pictures of skinny jeans, etc.. on my fridge :o).

I have lost over 24 pounds and 8.7 inches all around of fat. I have 8 pounds to go and I love that people have complimented on my looks. I feel a lot better about myself. I did the challenge for the 30 days and had lost 5 pounds in a month. I am really blessed to have won the 52 missions pack and look forward to continue my journey with all of you:) My goal was to reach 150 for my birthday June 15, but I have already passed it. I have bought 3 beautiful dresses and if I do say so myself, I look wonderful in them:)

I have been reading all this up to now and been very impressed. In May I started an event on my Facebook profile and shared my disappointment, my goal and my need of friends support/encouragement. I have reconnected with that event just now, and have also downloaded the sample… not in a position to do more than that just yet, but hope to real soon, I can see the benefits by the comments I have been going through and reading.
I want to say thankyou, I was actually looking for ways to motivate myself to do my house work, and again couldn’t get your ebook, so I looked at the other (this one) and have taken heaps of personal notes based on your Missions.
I have put 1kilo on since May, and I have high blood pressure and the desire to have one last child while I am able, that will make 7. So I am looking forward to see if I can do this!
