    What a great way to start this program. I want to wake up in the morning feeling energized, I think my body is working too hard processing what I eat to rest, I also want to lose weight in the hope that it will improve my breathing at night, which will also make me feel better in the mornings.

    I have completed mission #1. I did feel like my motivations were very superficial like wanting to look good in a bathing suit and being able to look in the mirror and like what I see on the outside. I am struggling that my motivations weren’t more internal.

    Mission one complete- now I’m looking forward to one day being able to wear nice clothes instead of ugly baggy clothes that hide the rolls of fat! Also want to be around as long as possible for the kids especially as the youngest was born when I was in my forties.
