Mission 32: Drink More Water, Weigh Less
Water? Really? It’s (almost) free and totally easy – can something so simple really help weight loss?
According to the research, oh yes!
It seems that good old H2O can help with weight loss by:
– Helping you to eat less and/or
– Affecting your metabolism.
And you don’t have to go crazy: a couple of glasses before meals is a good start.
Unless you hate the stuff, then, it makes sense to drink up!
But how do you make your good intention into a good habit?
In this mission we’ll look at several ways you can do that.

Our group responses: You need water especially during the summer heat as you perspire heavily. To maintain a healthy body!
We like spring water
H2o helps maintain your desired weight
When offered a drink, ask for water especially dining out
Keep a bottle and glass of water on your desk as you home work, so it’s easy to sip any time. We disagree: you should not keep a glass of water on your home desk because you are highly likely to spill it on your computer. It should be kept on a piece of furniture.
Buy yourself an attractive water bottle or glass so you enjoy drinking more unnecessary expense
Good reasons for drinking water: healthy skin; lose weight; reduce your risk of a heart attack & staying well.
I’m allllll over this- get some!
I have been drinking a lot more water, sometimes more than 8 glasses a day, but then I spend a good time at the ladies room lol.
I love drinking water so this was an easy one for me. To “spice” it up a bit I also drink sparkling water. What can I say, I like bubbles!
