Weight-Loss Action Challenge – Starts Next Week!

Starting next week, I’ll be running a weekly weight-loss action challenge here at 52 Weight Loss Missions.
What Is The Weight-Loss Action Challenge?
Each week I’ll focus on a particular diet, exercise or mindset challenge. Because I’m all about taking action, it will be something we need to do differently.
I’ll share with you what I’m doing for the week, and suggest actions you might like to take, too.
For 52 Weight Loss Missions Action Pack members there’ll also be bonus downloads that I’ll add to your dashboard.
What’s The Goal?
The goal for the challenge is to improve our habits.
In other words, we’ll pay attention to the causes of weight loss, which we can control, rather the effects, which are subject to many varied factors.
The premise of this approach is that when we do the right things for weight loss, the weight-loss results will follow.
Week by week, our goal will be to develop better habits – habits which will help us reach our ideal weight.
What’s The Cost?
The challenge is free – but there’s a cost!
I’ve learned from having run many online programs that people are most likely to succeed when they make a public commitment and feel accountable.
So I’m asking you to make a commitment by leaving a comment below (or here if you’re reading this in an email or reader) to say you’re in and you’ll take action every week with me.
Don’t worry – you’ll always have the option to choose a version of the action that you like and want to do.

I’m super excited! Who’s with me?
I am in. I have tried different things and simply get beat down by everything. So I have been trying incorporate one “better choice” at a time to my daily routine. I have been drinking UNsweetened tea for 2 weeks now. That is an improvement for me! I would love to be a part of the group!
I am so thrilled to be back on missions! During April, I completed the thirty days and continued on into May. I lost over 20 lbs and not only fit into all my old clothes, but many are loose. I have waivered on my commitment to things, but have managed to stay within 5 lbs of goal. What a great time to get back on track and make it through the rest of the summer slim!
I certainly need some motivation. So let this be it. I will be looking forward to the weekly challenges.

I think a challenge is just what I need to get me off my butt! In more ways than one!
I’m in school full-time for another year and a half. I spend way too much time on the sofa and am tempted to eat the wrong things. I’ve done well to not gain any weight but really want to do better and be healthier!
I’m in – am also excited that our 2 boys 4 and 9 are asking to walk after breakfast on the weekends and after dinner during the week – ready to make and keep “New habits!”
Well I gained a lot of weight with my first 2 pregnancies and was heen able to shed some.. Then I was pregnant for a 3 rd time and gained a bit of weight then became no longer pregnant.. this weight has been really hard to get rid off for a few reasons and I’m sure a lot of it has to do with my mental and emotional state.. but now I need to get it off.. so I’m ready.
I’m in…I was in pretty good health and shape until 2 years ago, when I delivered my little angel at 18 weeks… too early for him to survive and physically and mentally it has been a tough recovery but I need to get off this weight that I have packed on and get back to me and my children living!
