Mission 1: Unlock Your True Motivation
There’s a reason this mission is the first one.
Without motivation, you’re unlikely to succeed at your weight-loss goal.
The best knowledge, support, tools and resources will not be enough if they’re unsupported by a strong desire to be slimmer. No matter how good my system and suggestions are, you have to implement them. I can’t do this without you.
With motivation, you will succeed.
You may not lose as much weight as someone else, or at the same speed, but you will get slimmer. It’s that simple.
The secret is to tap into your true motivation for losing weight – which is often not the reason you think you want to lose weight.
This true motivation is the source of your weight-loss success.

Finally I have the time for some radical self care and completing my first mission is the first step to not squander this glorious opportunity. I think this workbook will help me stay present in my weight loss goals.

Feeling motivated
I’ve just begun Mission 1, started my list – nothing will be missed! By the end of the week, after many a peek, I’m sure I will find what to keep first in mind. I know doing so will help the weight finally go!

Really enjoyed this exercise — a reason to lose weight that actually excites me into engaging with what would otherwise be just another round of diet and exercise (not that those are bad things…).

Happy New Year! All done, although I need to choose a physical notebook still. I am the notebook queen so this is an important decision I will make before the week is out! I have opted to use Pinterest boards as a form of motivation for the two motivations I have chosen to take forward, so that I can refresh with constant images and links that inspire as I go.

After many years of thinking about what I need to do, today I finally took action! Anxiety is high but I know I need to do this for me, I’m tired of sitting on the sidelines and feeling motivated to take control and begin to participate again in life by living each day. No procrastination today!
